Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is for mind healing. It is useful for mind related issues such as stress, anxiety, fear, phobia, lack of confidence and also for various Bipolar mood disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, PTSD etc. it has also been found to work effectively in changing habit disorders such as addiction, smoking etc. and for treating insomnia, weight loss and many other physiological disorders including immune disorders such as asthma, cancer, diabetes, arthritis etc.

The principal of hypnotherapy is that psychological disorders are caused by excessive thinking about the past events and imagining about uncertainties of future which causes worry, anxiety and fear.

What is Mind?

Mind is also an activity, therefore a form of energy. It may be called Psychic Energy consisting of thoughts, feelings, emotions etc. It is an outgrowth of body amongst human beings.

The mind can be broken up broadly in three categories, viz the Conscious Mind, the Sub-conscious Mind and the Unconscious Mind. Conscious mind is 10% of the remaining unconscious layers.

It is the conflict between these different layers of the mind that is the cause of misery in man.

The fundamental theory of mind is that mind is a dreamer, it either dreams of the past or future. Mind does not exist in the present moment. All Yoga and Meditation techniques are to train mindfulness and to silently become aware of the movements of the dreaming mind.

Hypnotherapy also uses mind’s inherent habit of dreaming to heal various disorders. Dream is a reality so far as one does not become awake, is the basic principle of Yoga and Meditation.

During Hypnotherapy the subject is taken by the therapist into deeper layers of mind beginning from Beta to Alpha to Theta and Delta states and imagery is created for healing. It is an art and a science and is highly effective in healing various disorders.

Hypnotherapy helps to heal various psycho somatic disorders.
